It began when two Berkeley University students learned they could grow mushrooms on coffee grounds. With no knowledge of food or agriculture, they decided to forego the corporate world to become full-time mushroom farmers. But they didn’t stop there. They then set off on a mission to reconnect people back to where their food comes from, or as they call it, to Undo Food™.
